The NIH Metabolism, Infection and Immunity (MINI) Section invites parent/caregivers of children with mitochondrial disease to participate in a NEW SURVEY about the COVID19 vaccine for children with Mitochondrial Disease.

Responding to the survey takes approximately 10-15 minutes and is entirely voluntary. The survey is anonymous.

Participants who completed NIH surveys in April 2020 and/or June 2020 are encouraged to participate in the new survey to better understand the continuously evolving situation with COVID19.

Parents/caregivers older than 18 years of age with a child with mitochondrial disease are eligible to participate in the survey.

Responses to the survey (or lack thereof) will have no bearing on the participant's relationship with the NIH. The aggregate survey data will be presented at meetings and published.
